President's Message

Hey McKillop Families,

As we head into a shorter school week with no classes on Monday, we’re looking ahead to opportunities to connect as a school community. Next week brings both our Sit With Us meeting and a Spirit Night at Mountain Mike’s Pizza...two different ways to show up, get involved, and support our Cardinals.

We’re also excited to continue launching the Birdie Bucks Store this semester, where volunteers play a big role in making it a positive and fun experience for our students. Thank you for staying informed, sharing our updates, and being part of what makes McKillop such a special place.

No school this coming Monday for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!

McKillop Sit With Us in January

Sit With Us meetings provide parents/guardians with an opportunity to come together and discuss ideas, concerns, and potential solutions regarding matters at Melissa Schools. The philosophy of Sit With Us is that Melissa parents are Cardinal Champions who seek the best for not only their students but for all students. If it matters to one Cardinal, it matters to all Cardinals.

The next Sit With Us Meeting will be on January 21, 2026 at 8:30am in the cafeteria! Come meet and chat with the admin!

Volunteer Opportunities

Birdie Bucks Store!

The Birdie Bucks store is moving to it's new location in the portable! We need volunteers to help run the store this semester. Our first available times are this Thursday and Friday on January 15th and 16th. This is really a treat for students as we head into a semester to testing.

Also, we have dates up for February and March for those who like to plan ahead!
